Support website

This support website is a static website. It does not provide user accounts, comments, analytics, tracking scripts, advertising placements, or embedded third-party support widgets.

Support requests

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, app version, Overwolf version, screenshots, issue description, and reproduction steps. We use that information to investigate and respond to your support request.

Gameplay videos and local metadata

ClutchReframe Clips processes gameplay video and local clip metadata primarily on your PC. The app does not automatically upload gameplay videos or local clip metadata to developer servers.

Overwolf platform capabilities

The app runs on Overwolf and uses Overwolf platform capabilities for app runtime behavior, game events, recording, and app windows. Overwolf platform behavior is also governed by Overwolf policies and settings.

Advertising

The current Overwolf app uses the Overwolf Ads SDK for an Overwolf-managed ad placement inside the app. This support website does not display ads.

Optional uninstall survey

The app may open an optional uninstall survey. Completing that survey is not required to uninstall the app. Information submitted through the survey is provided only if you choose to submit it.

Diagnostics

If a diagnostics export feature is available in your app version, you may choose to create and send a diagnostics summary or file to support. Diagnostics are not automatically uploaded by this website.

We may update this policy as the app or support workflow changes. The updated date above will be changed when this page is revised.
